It is disheartening, therefore, when we find we must place restrictions on the ways in which customers can do business with us. It is as if we are intentionally erecting barriers to the seamless flow of commerce, and that is exactly the opposite of our intent.

Unfortunately, the fact is that credit card companies do not protect us against fraudulent charges when they occur internationally. We have lived with this risk for some time, but recently, we have absorbed sufficiently high levels of losses from international fraud such that we must follow policies designed to eliminate further exposure.

Wire transfers are safer, more confidential, and more secure for the customer than any other means of payment. When you issue a wire transfer, the information on your account and anything else that may be confidential is between you and your bank. Additionally, there are no restrictions relative to billing or shipping address when you pay by wire transfer.

The process for issuing a wire transfer is simple. You contact your bank, give them our account information and the amount you wish to transfer, and it's done. Contact us, and we will send you a 1-2-3 description of the process. There's nothing to it.

We add $35 to all international orders paid by wire transfer, to cover bank fees and the cost of international documentation.

Oncycles reserves the right to decline to sell to any customer if, for any reason, and in it’s sole opinion, the company believes there is excessive risk in the transaction.

We appreciate your business, and deeply regret that for the few dishonest and unethical individuals in our global population, everyone is affected. The truth is that we are not a large enough company to simply write-off losses through fraud, and we must protect ourselves.
